Additional family members pay $100 for registration

Full Primary Care Services -$90 a month

Family Plan –
Additional Adults are $75 a month Children under 18 are $65 a month

**children under the age of 5 currently not accepted for full services can be booked for 30 dollar acute visits as needed**

OUR PHYSICIAN, Dr. Kara Farley, M.D.

I am a veteran, wife, mother of two and a physician. I am a family woman and I take pride in my role in the community as a primary care physician. I always knew I wanted to be a doctor since I was a little girl. One of the aspects of practicing medicine that appealed to me was providing service to others. Practicing the past several years as a Naval Flight Surgeon has allowed me to provide a service to my country as well as the honor of caring for our active duty military members. I attended Baylor University where I was a student athlete as well as a Magna Cum Laude Graduate. I then attended UT Houston Medical School on a military scholarship. Following my graduation from medical school, I completed my internship in family medicine at Naval Hospital Jacksonville in Jacksonville, FL. After completing my final tour as a military physician in July 2020 I started Blue Ocean Health Services and started our Direct Primary Care Practice. Our goal is simple. We aim to provide primary care services to our community through a direct primary care-based model. Our practice is robust and provides lifestyle center care for our patients that focuses on helping our patients live their healthiest and happiest lives.
